
Refund and Returns Policy

At Luxfire Hearths, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the product you received, we offer the following refund and returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.
1. Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order if it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

2. Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Please note that any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a return or refund.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@luxfirehearths.com with details of the defect or damage, and we will arrange for an exchange.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
